The AGROSTA®100Field is a very simple and efficient device, designed with a very strong housing in composite material and stainless steel.

The Agrosta®100Field is composed by a sensor linked to the main housing by a cable. The fruits can be taken and pressed one after each other - It is not necessary to validate, the data is automatically recorded and classified by batches. The average, homogeneity index and standard deviation are provided at the end of a batch All the memory (equivalent to 75 batches of 99 measurements) can be transfered to a PC thanks to COM_FIELD software (1 license for 1 computer provided with any new instrumen

The principle of the Agrosta@100Touchscreen is very simple : You press the sensor (up to the plastic abutment) on each fruit, and the softness (Durofel Index between 0 & 100%) is automatically registered. The fruits are classified by batch. You obtain for each batch statistical results : Average, standard deviation... The batches are classified in a database that can register up to 64 000 batches of 64 000 measurements You can find previous batches through classification by name or date, display comparative curves and access to data. Deskripsi

The DUROCOLOR® has the same moveable tip as the AGROSTA®100 (previously known as the Durofel DFT 100). It measures the firmness, hardness or softness of fruit, vegetables, foodstuffs and soft materials, using a firmness scale to reproduce the sensations felt when touching fruit or other materials. Testing is completely non- destructive, carried out on the surface of the fruit or material to be tested. As soon as the firmness sensor is removed from the fruit, a photo is taken by the software and analyzed.

The 2.0 Mb Usb microscope included in this device has been manufactured by a wellknown optical company in Asia, it is equiped with a polarizer in order to obtain high color definition. The software has been developped by our mother company Apollinaire Ltd, which is an aerospace subcontractor, equiping many airplanes in the world as well as space launchers
