The JUFEL includes a bracket mounted on springs, moving through the vertical axis, receiving the unpeeled fruit samples.By pressing, the cylindrical-conical nozzle penetrates into the fruit. The flowing juice is collected at the bottom in a beaker.JUFEL is a simple manuel device that measures the amount of easily extractible juice.It is equipped with a calibrated tip making always identical in the sample.The ratio between juice collected and the volume of fruit explored by a calibrated tip gives an interesting value.It is also used to easily extract juice for making sugar or acidity analysis...Volume of fruit pressed by the tip : 2.5 cm3
